Wouldn't a grouping of 9, 12, or 18 of these John Derian platters look lovely hanging on a wall? Perhaps in my future office... light blue walls, creamy white trim, lots of grasscloth... one day when I hit the jackpot and have $122,348,583,456,072 + to spend on my wall art and accessories. But a girl can dream, right?!
UPDATE:
Just had to show you how great it could look to repeat the John Derian platters x 15. For the sake of time, the room is very sparse. Not to worry though, the essentials are in there. John Derian platters, Oly Studio Hanna Sofa, hardwood floors, chunky moulding and blue walls. Thank goodness for Sketchup and Photoshop!
I did the math and its not as much as I initially thought. Oh, and I added in the Hanna Sofa from Oly Studio. Only $9670 plus tax.
Now I just need to figure out how to do this on a BUDGET!

Anyway- I got the fabric at a fantastic fabric store near me in Baltimore- debois textiles. Jenny from LGN mentioned it on her blog once. They have fantastic fabrics- I think mostly closeouts. Lots of high end drapery fabrics and they're all priced at either 4.99 or 6.99/yd!
